Private Training

HSP offers private training sessions for strength and conditioning, triathlon, and cycling. If you want to experience personalized service uniquely tailored to you and your training goals, there's no better way to go.


Private Cycling Instruction - $95 for first hour, $45 for each additional hour

Open to all levels of riders, this will benefit those looking for on-the-bike instruction to develop and improve specific aspects of their cycling skill set. With one or more of our expert instructors leading the ride, you will learn the finer skills of cycling. Private sessions are open to 1-3 riders per coach.

Private sessions may include:

  • Climbing
  • Criterium riding
  • Sprinting and lead-outs
  • Descending and cornering technique
  • Interval training
  • Mountain bike handling skills
  • Time trial skills
  • Triathlon bike handling skills
  • Crossing railroad tracks
  • "Bunny-hopping"

  • Learning to clip/unclip from pedals

Triathlon Instruction - $95 for first hour, $45 for each additional hour

These sessions are open to ALL levels of participants, from those preparing for their first triathlon to the elite athlete preparing for the Olympics. We treat all clients with the same respect and attention to detail. Triathlon instruction is open to 1-3 people. In addition to running and cycling sessions, we also offer swim instruction and will help you perfect your stroke and maximize your economy. We have access to several pools in Seattle for your lessons and also do open water swimming in the local lakes.

Private sessions may include:

  • Cycling training and bike handling skills
  • Transition skills
  • Run training
  • Swim work-outs and technique instruction
  • Dry land swim training
  • Strength and conditioning for the triathlete
 

Strength and Conditioning - $95 per hour or $45 for 30min

A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) will create a customized and innovative exercise program to meet all your fitness goals. This may be used for high level sport-specific performance, weight-loss, or for injury rehabilitation. All private sessions are by appointment only. You will never encounter a crowd at Herriott Sports Performance. Our trainers will evaluate your ability and create a custom program to build your strength and fitness, gradually working toward speed, agility, and power. Sessions begin with cardiopulmonary conditioning, leading into a specific strength training program led by your instructor.

  • Medicine ball training for core development, movement awareness, and posture
  • Free weight lifting techniques: power lifting, Olympic lifting, and more
