TH has been hired by the BMC Professional Cycling Team as a strength and conditioning consultant and will be attending the team’s training camp which starts this weekend in Santa Rosa. He will be working with the team as a whole and on an individual basis during the two week camp. A long time proponent of using specific strength training protocols to aid in injury prevention and improve on the bike performance, TH is looking forward to this opportunity to share his unique blend of movements using Dynamax medicine balls, physio balls and body weight to help some of the best riders in the world perform even better.
The HSP Pro shop has also added BMC bicyles to the list of premium brands that the shop already carries. The Pro Shop will be carrying a full line of BMC racing bicycles, including the Race Master SLX01, Pro Machine SLC01, the all new Team Machine SLR01 and the TT02 time trial bike.
