HSPX: Cyclocross Training Sessions are HAPPENING!

Thursday August 14, 2008

The cyclocross season is fast approaching and HSP is proud to present “HSPX”,
a highly informative and challenging hour of cyclo cross training. HSPX will feature instruction from David Fleischhauer, former U-23 National Team member with 10 years of national and international racing experience. He will be assisted by David Richter, former road and mountain bike pro with deep roots in Northwest cross, and Head HSP strength and cycling coach, Todd Herriott CSCS.

The hour long sessions will include a dynamic warm-up, featuring a wide range of movement patterns that will focus on improving stability, strength and speed. The warm up will be followed by mixed running segments on varied terrain with and without the bike. Barrier work and starts come next followed by 20 minutes of race simulation. All skill levels are welcome.

Sessions will be limited to 12 riders to insure quality instruction. Sign up for classes via our Class Calendar.

Cost: $15.00 per session
Time: 6:45 AM Tuesdays and Thursdays
Location: Woodland Park by the running track. Look for the HSP van in the parking lot.

Train. Race. Live.
