Welcome to the new and improved HSP Website!

Tuesday April 22, 2008

After opening the doors to our new training facility in December, we realized we needed to update our website to reflect our current services. We’ve done that and more. We also welcome Todd back to the world of blogging. As some may remember, Todd was one of the original pro cyclist bloggers. Look for frequent insights to health and performance from Todd, Teresa, Russell, Iona, and the rest of the HSP team, as well as interesting happenings and perhaps occasional childish humor. Please, take a minute and meander the new site. Feel free to send feedback and thanks for visiting.

A special thanks goes out to Josh Gunn, who worked closely with us every step of the way to help us produce this new version of the Web site. He’s a talented, hardworking designer/developer/content editor, and all of us here at HSP can’t recommend him highly enough.
