Group Exercise
HSP offers group sessions that provide a great way to work out with other athletes, have fun, and develop your fitness and skills.
To Register for Classes Online
1. Follow the Class Calendar Link
2. Create an account or log-in.
3. Purchase class credit or a 10-class package.
4. Register for a class.
5. Check your class schedule on your client page to insure you are registered for the proper class.

Cycling Classes
Cycling classes at Herriott Sports Performance are second to none! Indoor classes take advantage of the equipment in our state-of-the-art cycling studio:
- 8-rider Computrainer Multirider System by Racermate
- Projection screen with power (wattage) data for each rider and course profile
- InsideRide e-Motion rollers
- Velotron Ergometer by Racermate
- Lemond Revmaster with Powercranks
- CycleOps fluid trainers
- Flatscreen TVs with race footage or movies for entertainment
- Professional coaching staff to offer assistance
- Private classes available for your team, club, or friends
When the weather permits, we offer outdoor training classes. We meet at HSP and review the ride and then the coach leads the work-out. This may include hill repeats, intervals, sprinting, or bike handling instruction for cycling, triathlon, or cyclocross.
Triathlon Classes
Triathlon classes are an important component of preparation for all triathletes. Whether you are a novice preparing for your first event, looking to improve on last year's Danskin performance, or are training for the Ironman World Championship, indoor training should be part of your preparation. Our classes are open to everyone and all skill levels are welcome and encouraged to join. Check our class calendar for the current class offerings, which may include:
- Running track workouts
- Dry land swim conditioning and technique instruction
- Brick: indoor cycle/outdoor run

- Outdoor cycling
- Transition clinics
- Open water swims
Strength & Conditioning
HSP will create a unique program for functional strength and conditioning. Our programs focus on innovative, functional, dynamic movements to enhance speed, agility, and power, as well as general health and fitness. The circuits will involve a wide variety of exercises to develop the aerobic system, as well as full body strength and stability. This is a dynamic and FUN exercise environment that will keep you challenged and engaged. Classes also available by reservation for your own group.
Presentations & Workshops
Herriott Sports Performance is proud to offer our monthly presentation series for public education on health and performance topics from leaders in the industry and professional athletes. Past topics have included health and nutrition, bike fitting, biomechanics, video analysis, bike maintenance, aerodynamics, lactate and VO2 physiological testing, and much more. Most presentations are free and open to everyone.
