Why HSP camps?
We’ve been the amateur athlete sleeping on floors and working part time in a kitchen to get meals in order to escape the bitter cold and train through the winter in Tucson. We’ve been the pro athlete, flown to camp, with mechanics, soignier, and team directors taking care of every detail of the training camp, where the only task was to train. We’ve been planning these training camps since our first trips to Tucson years ago. Now that we have a business focused on preparing clients for success in their sport, we are able to offer this as a valuable resource. We share years of training camp experience with our clients and provide a solid platform to hone your fitness.
Why Tucson?
Tucson not only has great weather for pre-season training but also offers a variety of excellent training routes and rides, from the notoriously long and winding climb to the summit of Mt. Lemmon to the world famous Saturday morning “Shoot Out” group ride. It’s no surprise why Professional athletes flock to Tucson for winter training. There are also plenty of running, swimming and strength training facilities.
Who?
The camps are led by the professional coaching staff at HSP, which has the highest competencies in leading training camps. Our camps offer accommodations for cyclists and triathletes, so that all details are addressed. Our camp attendees will stay in a large house in a great location for training.
