The Facility

Herriott Sports Performance is the premiere endurance training facility in Seattle, featuring state-of-the-art tools and technology. Our proximity to other local training resources makes our location great for track running, trail running, cycling skills lessons, and other work-outs.

Inside HSP, you'll find a superior cycling studio featuring a Computrainer Multirider 8-rider system, Lemond Trainers, Powercranks, InsideRide e-Motion rollers, a Velotron ergometer, and much more. The studio features giant flat-screen TVs with a generous library of race videos and movies for viewing entertainment, as well as a huge screen for monitoring your data during your work-out.

Beyond cycling training, we also have indoor swim trainers and a treadmill for triathlon training. We use the Vasa Trainer, as well as the Triton Swim trainer. Various resistance bands, medicine balls, and other tools for dry-land swim conditioning and technique lessons are available, as well.

Our gym is not filled with rows of fixed equipment. Instead, you'll find open space and an innovative mix of tools that enable functional training. We have free weights, a squat rack, medicine balls, physioballs, pilates equipment, yoga mats, a Versaclimber, a Concept II rowing ergometer, slideboards, ploymetric boxes, a BOSU balance trainer, core boards, and much more.

The bike fitting studio is second to none, and we're proud to offer the highest level of service for fitting and positioning. We are set-up for bike fitting on your current bike, which we place on a Computrainer, or we can fit you for a new or custom bike on our Waterford Fitmaster sizing bike. All the tools for doing a fit the right way are at our disposal, including laser levels for precision measurements, adjustments, and biomechanical analysis.

Lastly, we have all the necessary equipment to perform advanced physiology testing, which is vital for determining your current fitness, potential capacity, and the response of your body to training. We have the ability to test VO2, blood lactate, hematocrit, pulmonary volumes, and much more.
