Beth Garrison had a rough day at the office as the kick in the head, the sickness, and a bike accident were not enough she stayed tough to finish the race. Swim: 37:12, Bike 1:50.30, Run 1:30.44….finishing second in her division!

Karissa Lackey did a fantastic job in her second Olympic distance race of the season. Swim: 26:37, Bike 1:27.28, Run 1:00.21 with an overall time of 2:58.41

Chuck Cathey was 4th in his division. Swim: 27.12, Bike 1:20.49, Run 51.56 with an overall time of 2:44.30.

Mark Webb was awarded 2nd in his division (Michael got the overall win) in his first Olympic distance event. Swim: 29.36, Bike: 1:06.14, Run: 44.13 with an overall time of 2:23.39.

Natalie Swistak was 1st in her division and 6th overall. Swim: 26:49, Bike: 1:10.48, Run: 51.16. with an overall time of 2:32.10.
