Betsey Zoladz won her age division and placed 5th overall in a time of 2:33.51. Once again she was super consistent placing overall 63/64/63 (swim/bike/run). Great job!

Chuck Cathey was in a competitive field placing 5th in his division with a time of 2:37.37. Awesome swim Chuck!

Our hearts go out to Karen Jones and Bridget Jones who, while warming up for the event, were hit on their bikes. They are resting and have survived the event. Please everyone continue to ALWAYS wear your helmets. It just saved two of “our“peeps! No broken bones, just a lot of aches and pains. We love you Karen and Bridget.

Subaru Womens Triathon

Natalie Komar was on a mission after a flat tire gave her a DNF the day before at the Black Hills triathlon. Determined to race, she signed went immediately to Federal Way to sign up for the Sundays event. Fired up, the girl won the overall amateurs division and placed 4th overall! Her time was a 1:28.13. Go Nat!
