I’ve a tough time getting out on the road and racing this season for lots of reasons, none that I will bore you with. The good news is that I am still hanging on to some residual fitness from my full time racing days. My desk is basically in the HSP strength training area, so I do walk over and throw a med ball against the wall on a regular basis. BUT, it’s not riding a bike. And I want to be out there on the road next season working it with Richter and Flash at local and a FEW regional events- certainly now thoughts of 20 hour weeks and plane rides to big money crits (yet….).
So I need to start back up on my old school training methods. Lots and lots of roller skating…….
